What an importer gets that a tour company cannot offer

We know what a bad supplier looks like. Our Melbourne company runs a third-party logistics warehouse. Most of what sits on its shelves came from factories like the ones you want to visit.

Verification before you fly. For factory visits we check business licences, export records and whether the address is a factory or an office before putting it on your schedule.

Everything in one group chat. You, your coordinator and our Melbourne office. Supplier contacts, photos, quotes and the running list of samples live in one place you keep after the trip.

Logistics if you want it. Consolidation, freight to Melbourne and receiving into our warehouse are available, but separate. Use any forwarder you like.

04Questions

Business trip FAQ

What is the difference between a coordinator and an interpreter?
An interpreter translates what is said. A coordinator has worked in import and export, knows what MOQ, FOB and a 30% deposit mean, tells you when a stall is a trading company rather than a factory, and follows up suppliers after you fly home. For sourcing trips we send a coordinator.
Can you help after the trip?
Yes. Sample follow-up, quote comparison, factory audit visits on your behalf and consolidation to your Australian warehouse are all available at day rates or per job. Many clients already use our Melbourne 3PL warehouse for the goods they buy.
Do you take commissions from suppliers?
No. We charge you for our time and the trip. We do not take a cut from factories or markets and we will tell you if a supplier offers one.
Can I combine a business trip with a holiday?
That is the most common request. Weekdays in Yiwu or the factories, a weekend in Shanghai or Hangzhou with a tour guide, one quote and one team.
